I am not at all a fan of NAnt or XML in general for that matter. Check out using Rake for .NET (I think the project is called albatross).

Also, Hudson is a great CI service, super easy to setup, tons of plugins. Best of all; no need to edit XML! Checkout the dimecasts.net video on setting it up.</description>
